We spent 3 months traveling Down Under at the beginning of 2024. We traveled by car (with a number of airbnb’s on the way) from Perth in Western Australia along the coast South to Esperance and then across the backcountry to Perth. Then we flew to Adelaide where we rented a mobile home and started our journey to Melbourne. After a quick stop on the island of Tasmania, we traveled along the Southern coast, stopped in Canberra (the capital of Australia) before heading to Sydney and all the way up to Bundaberg. A short stay at Lady Elliot Island in the famous Great Barrier Reef was totally worth it.
